This happened to Guy and I on Friday of last week. I topped up my credit on Thursday by £30, bought another £1 session on Friday morning, logged on to check mail and half an hour later appeared to have used up all my credit! On Monday morning I topped up with another £15, did exactly as Graham has suggested here and checked my current credit status was £14. I spent Monday morning on the phone to Orange. It was confirmed that an error had occured, they were aware of which SIM numbers were affected and in any case as I spoke to the customer service operater my account was flagged and she assured me that the lost credit would returned. I told her that I knew of another customer who had suffered the same problem and she said there was no need for him to contact them, he'd automatically be credited. I'm not sure if the refund will be applied to my outstanding credit or back to my credit card. No sign of the refund either way yet. Connie ------------------------ Yahoo!
