Ah yes, that's the stuff.  Sat here 50 miles from the boat I couldn't  
remember what it was called, but I re-sealed the chimney collar on nb  
Lark Rise with it about 3 years ago and it's been fine since.  I  
think the tube I bought was called 'Plumba Flue'.  Which sounds like  
an excuse for a tradesman not turning up.

I also used it, 99% successfully, to re-seal the cheapo houdini hatch  
on the boat - recommended by the Newbury Boat Company.  Still a very  
tiny leak, and the edge of the repair's a bit unsightly, but no doubt  
a re-fitting will sort that out.  One day.
