One of the problems with a lot of LED clusters used as replacement bulbs
I have looked at is the light is very blue which gives a cold feel to
the cabin. The other problem is that they have quite a narrow beams.
Experimentally I have been using the G4 Led Warm White Led Bulb from
ultraleds.co.uk (http://www.ultraleds.co.uk) for in the bedroom area for
several months without any problems. I have not extended the trial to
the main saloon as in my opinion the light colour is still too cold. I
am continuing to monitor the market as I am certain that before to long
suitable units will become available.
