Hi all,
When we found Care2X some weeks ago, we thought: "This is a good job. It
doesn't do all the things we need to start now with it in our hospital, but
anyway it's a very good job. There should be at least hundreds of people
working around the world to make it smart, usable and beautiful..."
Then we've received a lot of Elpidio's support to put all the things right
to start, and the things begun to work.
We've invested much of our days and nights trying to understand as well as
possible this nice system, to fit it into our country's environment, and to
give back to you at least not only our thanks but a couple of adds.
We've seen a big team working hard and warm, helping, in many ways, the
people like us, who came to see what's up. Does somebody remember Emir?
A team, I am a peer, as I understand, is a group of people sharing ideas,
efforts, good and bad times, to keep on working a project. No matter what,
the project, we can say, should be more important for the team than the
particular differences of the persons inside. And a team MUST have a leader
to coordinate, guide, advise, solve, help and care. There are natural and
imposed leaders. In an enterprise environment, the leader is selected from a
group of persons known by their curriculum and their facts. Not by their
words.

I THINK Care2X IS NOT A TOY. But I do not consider the words of Dr. J. Antas
insultant. They seem the words of an angry boy. By this moment,
respectfully, I don't know who is Dr. Antas. Maybe he wants to be the leader
of the project, maybe he has lots of knowledge and the team needs that, but
a leader must have, practice and express a quality: deep respect for all the
team. If not, -a human being, the leader cannot expect the same from the
rest of the team.
>From Elpidio, not only help and support, I've received respect all the times
for my, sometimes silly, questions and suggests.

Care2X is a "hundreds men project". And I hope It will that way for a long
time.

Please, Dr. Antas, let the waves off.

Best regards,
Mauricio D'Achiardi
