Hi Daniel, hi Elpidio, Installing a server will be not a problem. I think the main problem will be who is responsible ands takes action to support. My idea: 1One leading person that coordinate requests, a coordination team, some paper how to work with it. For coordination i mean make a list of the people that are willing to use the tools. The hint i see is to install the client this take some action by the users.
My thinking is: if there is not a team (maybe 3 -4) people, that supports unexperienced users it will be not effective. I see it as a suggestion, what others think about it? What i mean: I think we need something like this at the moment http://typo3.org/projects/teams-and-projects/ See it as example. Such a page have to be edit from different people. If it change its need to be update suddenly. This means: A first step to go for a modern matrix organisation. Manage such pages for fast information needs a CMS that is requested by a lots of people here.
