I am commenting on my own posting below:

I think the first thing to do is to find out if the system is feasible for 
care2x. Meaning, one must install, configure and test it if it will work for 
care2x project. Anybody who work on this task, please send us the results.

It is always helpful to keep the work as simple as possible and avoid 
unnecessary complexity.
