I agree Care2x needs a reporting tool so please check on the Eclipse 
foundation BIRT tool
http://www.eclipse.org/birt/phoenix/ . We have hand on experience with 
it and found it to be just exactly what they say it is. BIRT is an open 
source, Eclipse-based reporting system that integrates with your 
application to produce compelling reports for both web and PDF.
I can highly recommend it and it is easy to integrate.
