Hi, I'm just beginning to use Caret, and I'm having some problems with the draw border update function. From the information in Caret's help function, the draw border update seems to allow you to make alterations to a border that you have already confirmed. However, I have tried all three of the draw border update functions (erase segment, replace segment, and extend from either end), and none of them alter the border. Do you know why this might be happening?
I am also having trouble filling in the border of the traced area. I am tracing subcortical areas, and I would like to be able to fill in the area within the border. When I use the draw border function, it has me pick a color for the border and for the area, but it does not fill in the area with that color. Is there something else I need to do in order to fill in the areas within my borders? Thank you for your help.
