Has anybody discovered the magic command to disable the warnings for
"In instantiating linked block *: ... Block block doses not have a
a parameter '---'" that's crept in since the partial migration to 11.x?

I get this warning per block that gets accessed. I just tried putting
in an FFT block, and it's been spewing warnings for a pretty solid 5
minutes.

"Warning off all" for the time being then...

Cheers,
Henry

Hi all,

I just discovered a way to disable the unhelpful warning messages that
Simulink spews whenever you load the CASPER library. Add this line to
your startup.m:

  warning off Simulink:SL_LoadMdlParameterizedLink

This will suppress the flood of these warnings:

Warning: "casper_library/path/to/a_block" is a parameterized link.
To view, discard, or propagate the changes for this link, use the
"Link Options" menu item.
In load_system at 41
  In startup at 14
  In matlabrc at 227

Note that this does not disable all warnings. It selectively disables
this single warning type. I hope this makes Simulinking a little less
unpleasant for everyone.

Billy
