Hi Dave,
I tried but admittedly without very much rigor. I think I had it in
PreLoad or Init, but PostLoad sounds like a good idea, too. I think
I'll see if the shotgun approach will work.
Thanks,
Henry

Hi, Henry,
Have you tried disabling the warnings in the model's post-open (or
pre-init?) callback? I haven't tried it, but maybe doing it there would
help.

Hi Andrew,
I've found that this works for the initial library load, but as soon as
a Simulink model is loaded, all of these settings get reset. Do you get
this same behavior, or do your warning settings stay put?
Thanks,
Henry

To all those interested,
The Matlab command
warning on verbose
gives more information about all warnings, including its identifier
and how to disable it, place it in your startup.m file to identify
the warnings to remove using warning off ...
Using this I have added the following lines to my startup.m file
(before the load_system(... lines) to disable most of the superfluous
warnings
warning off Simulink:SL_LoadMdlParameterizedLink
warning off Simulink:SL_OutputNotConnected
warning off Simulink:SL_LoadMdlLoadError
Hope this makes things more pleasant

Cool... I'll try SL_ParamUnknown.
I'm running Matlab 2007b with 10.1; I'm assuming that the problem
is caused by the libraries having been saved with a newer/Linux
Simulink for 11.x.
On a somewhat related note, has anybody downloaded 12.1 yet?
Thanks,
Henry

Has anybody discovered the magic command to disable the

I get this warning per block that gets accessed. I just
tried putting
in an FFT block, and it's been spewing warnings for a pretty
solid 5
minutes.
Hi Henry,
Have you tried disabling the SL_ParamUnknown warning?
I'd test it, but i can't replicate what you're describing. I
created an
empty model and dropped in an fft block. No warnings. So i
dropped in
all three other types of fft blocks. Still no warnings. Then i
changed
their fft sizes so that they'd all redraw. Still no warnings.
I'm running the latest versions of MSSGE in RHEL5, and i'm
testing with
the latest revs of all casper libraries. What are you running?
