I was reluctant to install a new tool to serve as issue tracker. Imho, a hosted solution is much simpler (from the maintenance standpoint). I can install YouTrack or whatever tool you guys pick on our server without problemas.
Btw, it's a waste to buy a license for a issue tracker for castle imho. We can get a Jira license for free, or even a hosted version for free... I just don't see a reason to someone spend one huindred bucks on it. But anyway, people are free to spend their money on whatever they want.
