Watch out for snakes in the wet locker. Our good environmentalists several years ago got the Lake Erie Water Snake put on the protected species list. They have proliferated greatly in the last few years, and even moved into the marinas. And lo and behold, they like to enter the outlet of the wet lockers on Catalina 27s. They aren't poisonous, but my wife doesn't like them anyway. So, another job is to put a screen on the outlet, which sure as heck will plug up, etc. Another adventure in sailing. Bob
