Since you are going to negotiate with them, you are, by definition, not
going to accept this
contract.
I would never sign a long term contract that doesn't allow for termination.
Even expressing your unhappiness with the original contract is going to
upset the corporate culture
since you have told "your bosses" that you are about as valuable to the
organization as they are.
Since this is true, but they are unwilling to accept that truth, your days
at this job are numbered.
