>From what you've said, bag the job. They have gone beyond underpaying you to
exploitation. You may even want to contact the Ontario Provincial Ministry
of Labour about your employers. You have tried all possible routes to
something far more reasonable and they won't budge. I'd start sending out
resumes and prepare a 2 week notice. You also may want to look at Ontario's
Labour Laws. From the sounds of it (and I'm no lawyer) they may be in
violation of them. At the very least, you have the right to give your notice
one pay period in advance. They don't like it, too bad.
With the experience you listed you should be able to get at least $35,000/yr
in Ontario.
