Yes that would be quite intimidating.
I don't know much about horsies..my experience with them was limited to
riding one or two..actually just sitting on their backs at a young age..you
know..primary school excursions to the horse farm etc.
There are about two horse farms in the Santa Cruz valley where I live.
I often see the mares with their foals in the fields, ringed by whispering
bamboo as I drive past.
I wonder what the heck the owners DO with those horses...the horse racing
industry in Trinidad has all but dried up due to bitter infighting between
the various factions involved. Where do all the horsies go???
On another note...several super markets have begun selling "Wild Meat" at
rock bottom prices..its like there is some sort of glut on the market or
something. Its a bit tough..but it tastes pretty good...
