Ray,

parenting isn't easy I am aware of that...

but in today's world of we have fathers too who get time off if they
want it... if I have a project and people are missing because of
pregnancy, clients don't give a crap..

Additionally, while benefits cost my company 1-200$ per month, those
with the wife and kids expect to absorb corporate resources of $500-600
a month... which indeed is unfair as well... perhaps single folks
should get cash bonuses to cover the difference :)

I recognize people work hard... but then again I see that people want
all these easy routes.. I see tons of students with bad attitudes and
lots of free money... I see tons of people defaulting... I see people
with credit debt and banruptcy protection they use to forgive way too
much money... we hardly live in such a responsible society...

I also see a lot of single mothers, especially the poor and ethnic
minorities says the new census.

All of which brings me to my point, which is, just because it would be
harder to flip burgers than work my desk job doesn't mean I at least am
blind to the effort and difference between work, effort, etc. To play
near here would seem as if maybe we ought to pay you the same amount as
the grill guy at McDonalds... which would be a socilist concept...
afterall shouldn't you both have the same opportunity?

people with children get more benefits while they pay less.. it is a
simple equation... this pro-creation stuff is somewhat amusing, as if
no one wants to control it...or is able to...

work and family are in opposite for anyone who has a career... and they
have been forever.

lower my taxes, you pay the same amount as me based on consumption... I
get a few months of time every 9 month or so cycle too... don't punish
me because I choose not to reproduce...
