I doubt it. I'm very familiar with the problem. Should I tell my dad I
can't buy his heart medication because I had to buy food for Mabelline and
her brats?
Rolling out the starving kids to tug on my heart strings doesn't work on
the Sally Struthers commercials, and it doesn't work here either.
When is the last time a kid starved to death in America, other than by the
deliberate neglect of the parents?
