Did the US perform a military retaliation against the people who committed 
the first WTC bombing? no.

This has gone past a car bomb anything like that. 4 hijacked planes at 
least three fallen buildings and the center of our military has been 
attacked. This goes beyond an act of terror. This is an act of War. 
Somebody declared war against the US and began an attack yesterday.
