Good question. I've looked at the site and I can't find a lot of information on how they operate. Only that:
1. They charge everyone $9.95 a month to be a member and participate. (Does that mean you can't ask a question unless you're a member?)
2. They claim to be able to answer any IT question, having over 180,000 IT experts at their fingertips.
3. Their experts apparently compete for "points" which gives them their ranking as experts.
4. They cover lots of technologies, such as Lotus Notes, ColdFusion and Java, while we cover ColdFusion (and related technologies).
5. They are a forums setup. We are mailing lists with a searchable archive.

I don't honestly think we're comparable. I also think their site is confusing and way too busy, but maybe that's just me.

Jochem, are you on Experts-Exchange? I noticed a JochemD on there.
