interesting. In the broadband version he IS identified. Senator Byron
Dorgan of North Dakota is the man making this charge. You would think
that a US Senator would be fairly sure of his facts before saying such
a thing on-camera. In any event one is totally justified from a
journalistic point of view in reporting the fact that he has made the
charge. Unless of course it was subsequently refuted.
