It's not my position to ask her that kind of question. She was
recently promoted from within to the #2 position and she'd worked here
as a regional director for years prior. My impression is that she's
not one to put up with crap.

Prior to her promotion I worked with her on an educational module for
managerial leadership. It includes a section on respecting diversity,
which by the way not only addressed african americans, but also GLBT.
So I know that diversity and non-discrimination are pretty important
to her.
