(business segment as well as locality), what kind of application it
is, and what the timeframe is for the non-compete.
Based on that, calculate the lost revenue for you and charge her that
much plus 7% royalties. If she's going to play hardball and keep you
from taking work, make her pay for it. Or walk away.
