true, on all points.  i had never considered to sell it to her
competitors, so it was never a big deal.  crazy part is, is that she
wants me to sign it before we move forward, and it specifies a 120
mile area, which will include baltimore/washington dc/philadelphia,
etc...

so effectively im taken out of the market, WRONG!

pay me and ill sign it....
