we finish the application. she uses it, we perfect it. she attempts
to sell it, if any changes are needed, IM the ONLY one who can do
those, and for the right to keep me from using this technology or
whatever i have learned about running her type of business, for a
competitor, i get $2500. sounds reasonable, right?
i got 2000 to build it in the first place (1/2 price since she is a
friend) normally would have charged at least 5k to do something like
this, but anyway...
also she plans to give me a cut of any sale (im suggesting 50%), but
my point is, if she wants to take me off our local market for an app
like this, i need to compensated, right? wouldnt you want to be
compensated for this?
