But what about those situations where the action just does not affect one or two individuals but whole communities. A good example comes to mind is the Love Canal cleanup. While individuality is very good etc, when your actions and behaviors affect others then there should be some limitations on behavior. For instance yelling Fire in a crowded movie theater.
