The CD contained an Education Department report called
"Practical Information on Crisis Planning: A Guide for
Schools and Communities," published in May 2003, as
well as photos and floor plans.

This info is available on the internets :)
But after what happened in Russia, the fact that they
were put on a CD in Iraq was a reason to be cautious.

Or should we just not tell the schools?
