Israel recently killed 30 civilians in the process of killing terrorists. I'm guessing the some of families of those dead civilians are, as we write, planning to exact revenge on Israel. If it was a child that died then they'll target an Israeli child. If it was a sister that died, then they'll target Israeli women.
