Again, if your saying that the suicide bombers are the Palestinian army, then this is a state of war and anything goes. This is not the case. This is a case of fanatics who may or may not have support of their people (usually they do) going out of their way to kill civilians. If they were going to attack the Israeli army, then I'd agree with you, but they're not. Army implies many things. Murdering children (as opposed to killing them by accident) is not one of those things.
