That's not an unreasonable proposal, but I don't think it'll have any
real effect.  In your previous posts you talked about the targeting of
children.  My point was that all it takes is one well meaning Israeli
missile to kill one innocent Palestinian child, even if it's an
accident.

The Palestinian family of that child won't accept your argument and
will vow to kill an Israeli child.  They'll do it and Israel will call
them terrorists and send a missile into some terrorist target.  That
missile will kill more women and children and then their families will
vow to kill more Israelis, etc. etc.

Building a wall won't stop Palestinians from exacting revenge -
they'll just change tactics; missiles, rail guns, catapults.  Maybe a
bomb aimed at destroying part of the wall where 100 militants rush in
and disappear into the cities.  1 day later, boom.

Only a 3rd party that both the Palestinians and Israelis recognize can
design a workable solution.  Without that the revenge cycle will
continue.
