Bull.  That sounds like the days before civil rights when there were signs 
saying "no coloreds" and apartment listings saying "no jews".  There are laws 
in place that prohibit this type of discrimination.  As long as the 
prescription is legal (real doctor, etc.) then the pharmacist should have to 
fill it.
