I got a hypothetical question for ya.

Lets say the pharmacist refuses to sell the pills. Consequently, the
pharmacy hears of this, and fires the pharmacist on the spot for, basically,
not performing their duties on the job.

Would the ACLU file suit on behalf of the lady and her right to legally
receive the pills, or on behalf of the pharmacist and his right to refuse to
sell the pills?????
