Think of the leverage that could be gained if Pres. Bush, after the burial of Arafat, were to delcare the "Honorable Arafat Peace Negotiations" whose goal was to, "finish what the hero Arafat started and create a lasting and true peace settlement." By naming the negotiations after Arafat, he'd add an extreme incentive to Palestinians to deliver a successful outcome.
