I just called Adelphia about upgrading to a static IP address. Currently I pay about $45/month for their service. In order to upgrade to a static IP they wanted to charge me $120/month. That's absolutely ridiculous. How in the hell can they justify an additional $75/month for a static IP address?
I did notice that their site is all CF now though. At least they have that going for them! Jeez, I wish DSL was available here.
