He doesn't yet. The older 2 are against smoking but the youngest hasn't seen
the results. The issue is that he is too young and he's already on a
dangerous path just with cigarettes. What if he passes by someone on the
street smoking a joint? 
It's fine and good to just say legalize drugs but have those yelling for
legalization thought the whole thing through? Probably not. Will
conservative Americans, religious or not accept such a change? Probably not.
Will it be seen as another division between democrats (who probably are more
for legalization) and republicans (who are probably more against)? Yes.
