I agree with you in spirit, but the fact is many more people will die if you change the drinking age to 18. I saw some statistics a little while ago from some of the latest states (Louisiana, Montana?) who increased the drinking age from 18 to 21 and the decrease of fatal accidents involving under-age drinkers is absolutely ridiculous. I'd say move all the other restrictions to 21 if you want equality...but we all know that will never happen.
