Right. 18. We're talking about children 3-4 here. If I trusted humanity to
do the right thing then I'd have no problem making non-environmentally
impacting drugs legal. But I don't trust humanity. I don't trust people to
make laws, enforce laws and abide by laws. 
Alcohol is legal and people still drive drunk and still get off on DUI
charges. That's the standard I put any other substances against.
