I'm a parent and I disagree completely. I do not want my children to
smoke, so I will be sure to teach them what can happen to them if they
do smoke. When my child leaves the house though, he has every right to
smoke if he wants to. I am my child's parent. I do not need the
government to be my parent.

I -would- legalize drugs, but only if the punishment for driving under
the influence was as high as second degree murder (at least). If you
chose to drink/smoke/whatever and do not make plans to get home w/o
driving yourself, then you have chosen to be a danger to society. You
should not get a slap on the wrist.
