that one I can answer. I would consider it mostly likely a derogatory
remark and yeah, possibly racist. Interestingly it makes a difference
in my mind whether the speaker is white.

Maybe it's analogous to the n word being all over rap songs but
constituting a grievous insult coming from a white. A lot depends on
context and in those cases where I am sure that sexism is at work
there is rarely any one remark that objectively supports it.
