I don't see this as any different from calling someone an "Alice" in
reference to Alice from the Brady Bunch.  That's not racist.

It might be demeaning to the person because you are in essence saying
that she isn't qualified to run Mike's architecture company and she
should stay in the kitchen where she belongs, but that's not racist,
nor sexist.

I think you're wrong.  If he had said, "No black person is capable of
being on the President's cabinet.  She should stay in the kitchen like
Aunt Jamima."  Then it's racist, but then you don't even need the
second sentence.
