BS. You cannot get rid of terrorism any more than you can get rid of violence, hatred, bigotry, whatever. Tell me, how would you get rid of terrorism? Ugh.
To not act? What, bombing Afghanistan is "acting"? Sure, it makes you feel good. "Look, our country is acting. We are spending $18,000 on each bomb Boeing makes that we drop on them. Let me guess, Boeing is not making a profit, breakeven, for the good of the country and all. And that is the "dumb" stuff. Billions are being spent on getting bin Laden and forming a "coalition". Let's see, maybe we should have put a 1/2 billion dollar reward on him. My guess is, they would have handed him over. Or made it easy for someone else to get him. No, this way is better. Let's bomb them, make all the rubble more, um, rubbley. Let's make a people who are already living in the stone age even more miserable. That's right, we don't agree with them and their way of life, so, yeah, in this tolerant, Christian dominated country, let's go KILL them and make it the way we want it. Sure, that's never backfired on us or anyone else before. I am sure bin Laden and crew are loosing sleep over all this. All you people who want to keep spending heaps of money on this war, I don't want to hear a damn word out of you next time taxes come around. -Gary > -----Original Message----- > From: Fleischer, Beth [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Friday, November 02, 2001 11:09 AM > To: CF-Community > Subject: RE: How long? > > > The objective is CLEAR - to rid the world of terrorism and those > who harbor > them.
