Where do you have any evidence for this? The American government has no idea of what he has. That is why you don't here squat in the media about them trying to freeze assets. They cannot figure out where the money comes from. Many people finance them. It's not like it takes a huge fortune to by $50 machine guns. Hell, other countries give them away. Russia abandoned millions of dollars worth of equipment there, they literally ran and deserted away. Pakistan and Iran support them, as does Iraq. Nothing is as simple as you want it to be.
