I ran into a similar problem with Dell support and the huge language gap. After dealing with that mess, I definately am going to be looking more into a non-Dell machine with my next purchase. Perhaps they should just have support at an extra cost that is provided by a person who does not have near the language gap. I'd definately pay for that, but do not recall that being an option on the sales order.
