Isn't this what I would be doing by going with another brand laptop
that costs more?  I think you get what you pay for and IMHO lately I
have thought that one of the reasons Dell is such a good deal is
because of offering poor service.  Now I have no clue if any other
company offers better service, which is why I have some interest in
this topic.
