Again, not what I said. Before a missile is launched, it's a job for 
politicians and diplomats who can say whatever they want and hold to 
whatever national rights exists. After the missile is launched, it's out of 
their hands and is in the hands of the people who will stop the missile and 
save us.
Let me say this clear. ONCE the missile is launched, stopping the missile is 
priority number one and in that SPECIFIC case, I do not believe in air 
rights.
