If you don't think Mr. Schiavo is credible as a guardian, ok, but why talk about all of this medical stuff that's totally irrelevant? If you really want to prove your case why not find the place(s) in the court transcript where Judge Greer made a critical call as to Mr. Schiavo's credibility - a place where you can point and say, "see I would've admitted this evidence" or "that guy lied" or "why is Judge Greer dismissing that?" I'm comfortable because I believe in appointing guardians and I think Mr. Schiavo's behavior is consistent with someone in his position. That is, I can closely relate to his behavior and, from what I've read, probably would've done the exact same thing. I can tell you this: if my wife was turned into a re-animated corpse I wouldn't be visiting too much and I'd long for a grave: both for her and for me. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~| Find out how CFTicket can increase your company's customer support efficiency by 100% http://www.houseoffusion.com/banners/view.cfm?bannerid=49 Message: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=i:5:153289 Archives: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/threads.cfm/5 Subscription: http://www.houseoffusion.com/lists.cfm/link=s:5 Unsubscribe: http://www.houseoffusion.com/cf_lists/unsubscribe.cfm?user=11502.10531.5 Donations & Support: http://www.houseoffusion.com/tiny.cfm/54
