ah. It wasn't getting challenged with the same vehemence, so I
wondered. That *is* a court case where beyond a reasonable doubt is
required and put it this way, I hope you are right. I just find it
difficult to construct a conspiracy theory that involves ALL of those
people.

I have to pass on arguing predictive value just now, too franticly
busy. Perhaps we can come back to this in a few days -- if you're
going to read the studies you're asking for :P

By the way, I have become impatient at various times in this thread
because it has seemed to me that you were asking for proof that blue
was blue, but I do think you do deal with facts not opinions and
that's a quality I respect.
