Actually, less than an hour a day of actual teaching takes place in
most classrooms. Another reason I have an issue with them. But yes,
there should be a policy for dealing with such children, if in fact
they are disruptive. I just dont think this is it. For the record, the
worst thing Lara was ever accused of at school was making a valentine
for the teacher in math class. She saved her special behavior for
bedtime :) Just in case anyone thinks I am taking the mother's part
through some sort of identification.
