It was either Lamb Rogan Josh, (I guess I'm on an Indian food kick lately)
or Hunter's Beef made with venison. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get any
deer in time for this, so the fallback. I've noticed that one of the local
supermarkets is now carrying goat, so if I cook this again in a couple of
weeks, I'll try it with goat.

The rest of the menu is spiced basmatti rice and a vegetarian saag (spinach
and potatoes).

Now Thursday will just seem so mediocre with turkey.
