/me loves saag! I'm going for the Creole feel this year. Going to have lots of rice dishes and a wild turkey. Gumbo of course and lots of yams.
A friend works for a nature conservancy in Mississippi and the state of did a survey of thier site and the turkey population was too large. Bow hunting turkeys is not easy. Wonderful birds to watch in the wild.
