That just isn't the case around here... in the DC area even the smallest of
apartments costs a shitload, not to mention the bus/metro fares to get to
and from home and work. Minimum wage sucks as does the cost of living. It
really is a hopeless situation... expecially when coupled with little no
family or loved ones or any way to get in touch with them.
